Brief discussion of Article: Unconstitutional Constitution

Short Story activity:
   Write a power, emotional short-story with only three sentences and 21 words.

Raptor:
He never saw her coming, like swooping wind from the high peaks. 
She swooped up his heart. 
His heart was hers.

He clutched her, moaning and terrified. 
Blood was everywhere and all over and red and sticky and warm. 
She was cold.


My idea, he trusted. 
My gun, my shot, woman murdered. 
Now he’s imprisoned, while I run free from all but guilt.

Snow:
Sun-baked pancakes, two pristine forks: the kitchen's hollow stage.
Grandmother's peaceful departure settles quietly.
Ending his walk, Grandfather anticipates a breakfast.

Hawk:
Once men fought for life. They died to laugh, to love, to live, to feel. But now men live to fight.

For next time:
   Choose a preexisting character and write an original side-story/epilogue/prologue about them.
