    Revolution
"The right of revolution, is never a legal right. At most, it is but a moral right, when exercised for a morally justifiable cause. When exercised without such a cause revolution is no right, but simply a wicked exercise of physical power." -- Lincoln

Ohm WINNER: Snow

Next Time:
Discuss Revolution
At what point would you revolt? For what would you revolt
When would the country revolt?
When is revolution not the best answer and working with the system a better solution?

Ivy:

Britton:
The yin and the yang,
And the fine-straddled line,
The purring of the jaguar,
all baleful at the window.
The crack and ceouw of
the lightning and thunder,
The darkness that waits in the pressing silence.
Dam the storm!
Dam the storm!
Tame the thunderstrokes,
and assert the will.
Prudence is for those who wish
to live long lives.
And the brash breathe only short.
To weave and two,
to forge fire and ice,
into a kissing sphere;
That is harmony.

Fear
within,
to what name
does it answer?
To the call
of one.
Faith.

Writing exercise:
Odes to SnowLock: on account of his birthday
    - 4 sentences and 44 words

Hawk:
He left Heaven, crossing the veil like all of us. He was weak, fallen, man. And as he passed through the veil, it broke. And through it followed heavenly power, touching his soul, and streaking his hair with silver, leaving it's mark of home.

Adam: just a great quote from that day

Britton:

An Ode to the Snow:
What fair matter hath been planted on this Earth, by the God who sings in raiments of beauty.
Man has been formed in stunning array.
Alas, though his limb be strong, Snow is the exception.
And not a woman looks upon him with want.

Ne’er before has Snow dappled youth so young.
Nor has wisdom graced the cradle in such genesis.
Yet this mind discovers patterns, discerns philosophies, recognizes truth in every breath.
And age is no barrier for this nimble wanderer.

Calen:
Winter’s wind raised up a son who followed a summer’s gold.
A son who followed a young colt’s stride.
A son who followed a fierce eyed raven.
A son who, when upon the flurry’s wings, was then followed by a far thrown jade stone.
